About Irene Adeyinka

With over ten years of coaching experience and leadership expertise, I work with senior executives and boards to address complex challenges in culture, inclusion and strategic change. My clients include global law firms, health organisations, UK local authorities, housing associations and built environment organisations, as well as higher education and technology sectors. I coach leaders to manage and lead effectively across a multigenerational workplace, enabling them to build stronger teams, improve collaboration, and retain top talent from every generation.
